I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, spacious, with great light, fancy bathrooms, and nice big beds. The hotel's construction showed they really care for their guests. It was an excellent choice for a break between journeys.
The hotel rooms are standard without a luxurious touch for a 5-star experience. However, the overall facilities were decent, featuring a beautiful lobby, a solid workout room, and a stunning rooftop pool and bar area.
The hotel room felt like a small apartment, but unfortunately, it was never very cool. There was a lot of noise coming from the kitchen exhaust. The service provided was attentive, caring for every detail of my stay and trying to meet all my needs and wants. However, the price we paid didn't match the rudeness I encountered from the staff, which was unprofessional. The location is terrific for walking around and exploring the city, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. The dining experience offered a great selection of fresh and cooked food, even though there were claims contradicting this. Overall, the facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good points.
